All that is truth and we do not deny the existence of a danger, as always existed in any change in the Organization of man, in all his step, from the tribal, to the City-State, nation-State, just to mention three. We must exercise the defence and this requires the selection of what they want to absorb from one angle of the multiculturizacion which allow restructuring to the benefit of sustained human development. No one can think that men attend to the process without taking precautions.
